Upfront Commission Split
New agents are 70/30 for first 5 transactions
All other agents are 80/20
Whenever an agent makes the office $25,000 in a calendar year they "Cap Out"
When an agent has "capped out" they are 100% commission to them, minus a $500 transaction fee
And finally - every following year of a cap out year for an agent the new cap out amount goes down that next year - $23,000, then $21,000, so on each year they cap out
There are no desk fees, monthly fees, any other fees or costs that the office makes
